UrbanPlan Workshop with Metro Planning
ULI Nashville hosted an UrbanPlan workshop with Nashville Metro Planning Department in August. The Metro Planning staff members tackled the challenging demands of the UrbanPlan simulation to build sustainable, equitable and livable site plans. Read more HERE.
UrbanPlan at Glencliff High School
On November 14, Adam Guidry at Glencliff High School kicked off UrbanPlan in his classroom and became the first teacher in Nashville to implement UrbanPlan into a classroom setting. As part of a 15 lessons series, Mr. Guidry’s students are being taught the fundamentals of land development. Read moreHERE.

It was an exciting morning on October 3 as people gathered for the second annual UrbanPlan Kick Off Party. The event was open to members and non-members to provide an opportunity for guests to learn more about ULI Nashville’s education initiative, UrbanPlan. Read more HERE.

What is UrbanPlan?
UrbanPlan has been around for over 20 years in ULI and launched in ULI Nashville in 2022. It is a simulation exercise where each participant is given a role on a development team vying for a city contract to redevelop six square blocks of an in-town neighborhood devastated by a fire. Read moreHERE.
