In June, ULI Nashville was pleased to host MDHA Executive Director Jim Harbison and MDHA Chief Strategy and Intergovernmental Affairs Officer Matt Wiltshire to present UNDER ONE ROOF 2029–Mayor Briley’s Bold Affordable Housing Initiative.

In March, Mayor Briley announced Under One Roof, a sweeping affordable housing initiative designed to significantly accelerate the city’s efforts to address housing needs. Under One Roof will require an important role for both the public and private sectors. Harbison and Wiltshire detailed answers to the questions 1) What is Under
