Tarrick Love, Pathways Co-Chair
In 2006 Tarrick and his wife Tanisha established Hart-Love Builders, a Nashville, TN based residential development company. They are a full-service construction company offering a variety of services from custom builds and new construction for purchase to renovations, remodels, and home repairs. Tarrick prides himself on being a local builder with an intense passion for the work that he does. Tarrick has been Co-Chair of Pathways since 2019 and also serves on the ULI Nashville Advisory Board. Link to Tarrick’s website HERE.
Terry White, Pathways Co-Chair
Terry is a principal and a co-founder of Purser White Architecture. He has 30 years of experience in architecture. His 30-year career has afforded him the opportunity to design a diversity of project types including mixed-use developments, retail, single-family residential, multi-family residential, senior living, corporate offices, and worship spaces. He is affiliated with several professional organizations including NOMA Nashville and ULI Nashville where he currently serves as the Pathways Committee Co-Chair. Link to Terry’s website HERE
Shanese Brown
Shanese, a Nashville native, has always gravitated towards using her creativity in various forms of art, design, and outreach. Her interest in architecture started as a child, crafting virtual neighborhoods in “The Sims” video game and attending youth design camps. Now Shanese focuses her passion for design, community advocacy, and equity at Anecdote Architectural Experiences as a Project Coordinator. Her work embodies the delicate intersection of storytelling and community advocacy through the built environment. When she is not training for her first marathon or visiting the latest restaurant in town, you can find Shanese at Hip Hop Karaoke. Connect wtih Shanese HERE.
Joseph Cole
Joseph Cole is the CEO and Founding Principal of Culture Architecture and Design, a full-service architecture and interior design firm based in Nashville, TN. Culture prides itself on creating compelling spaces and brands that people love. Projects range from residential renovation projects to complex, commercial ground-up buildings. James Harper
As the Director of Supplier Diversity, Mr. James Harper, III is the senior Southeast District, Supplier Diversity resource. James received his BS in Architectural Engineering from Tennessee State University and is an 18-year tenured employee-owner for Hensel Phelps with 20 years of construction experience. Jennifer Horne
Jennifer is a dynamic leader with over 15 years of sustainable development & operations experience focusing on performance-driven results. She is the CEO and Managing Partner of Urban Campus and Core, a development and real estate advisory firm focused on helping clients explore new opportunities, expand existing capabilities, and optimize their real estate footprints. As a Nashville native and graduate of Vanderbilt University, Jennifer has deep roots in the community and has a vested interest in creating inclusive and sustainable growth.

Julian Jobe
Julian, a partner in Turner Investments and a Nashville native, specializes in the building of single-family and multi-family developments. In his career, he is dedicated to making sure each project is a complement to the existing neighborhood, while also promoting innovation and a love of community. Chad Jones
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Chad is knowledgeable in all aspects of architectural design, having worked throughout the southeastern United States on multifamily, industrial, healthcare, and corporate office projects. A Principal of the firm, he serves as Co-Chair for STG Design’s Non-Profit Market Sector. Chad has provided design, project management, and construction phase services for both ground-up and renovations projects. He is also active in several professional organizations including TSU School of Architectural Engineering Advisory Board and Matthew 25 Board Member and currently serves on ULI Nashville’s Membership Committee and Advisory Board. Aron Thompson
Aron is the Executive Director of the (R.E.D.) Real Estate Developers Academy for the Urban League of Middle Tennessee, designed for developers of color to increase and scale up their businesses in affordable housing. He is affiliated with professional organizations such as Nashville’s chapter of NOMA, ULI Nashville, and Bethlehem Centers of Nashville (BCN). With more than 20 years of experience in Architecture, he has worked on various project types (Healthcare, Sports & Recreation, Student Focused, Industrial, and Justice).
