This program builds on the popular series debuted last year that features a panel of young professionals sharing their wisdom around topics relevant to all ULI Nashville Young Leaders. The event also features networking time and lunch. In the spirit of the New Year why not come join us for the first in this series for 2024?

At January’s lunch we'll focus on “Finding Your Purpose” - something that can take days, weeks, or even years to discover and is always a work in progress! The conversation will be led by a dynamic panel of local young leaders who can speak to these themes and challenges throughout their own careers.

Confirmed speakers include Kelly Cathey, Gensler, Evan Holladay, Holladay Ventures, and Chad Jones, STG Design. Moderator will be Anna Yoder, HASTINGS.

Speakers will dig into topics such as:

• What to do if you feel like you are missing purpose in your career,
• Personal paths to finding purpose,
• When to make a move or shift between industries, jobs, or regions,
• How to move out of your comfort zone,
• And how to know when you are on the right path for you!
