Nashville's booming real estate market makes it tough to secure land partnerships for affordable housing development. Now we the potential for new partnerships!

ThinkTennessee and the Urban Institute recently partnered to released Davidson County-specific research on opportunities to partner with faith communities, higher Ed institutions and hospitals to utilize un-used and under-used land for affordable housing.

Join ULI Nashville’s Housing Action Council for an online “Power Hour” to hear from ThinkTennessee on the Urban Institute’s report and from Jennifer Horne of Urban

We’ll discuss the research, recent experience, and what’s next in these innovative partnerships to provide more affordable housing in Nashville/Davidson County.
