    Join ULI Nashville’s Civic Leadership Forum (CLF) as our members chat with representatives of several of  Metro Departments such as Planning, Zoning, and Codes to discuss recent changes in their policies , processes and practices…and a look to any future modifications.
     
    A goal of the CLF is to facilitate a mutually productive dialog between the development community and the regulatory civic institutions in Nashville, since we share a common goal: Create thriving and resilient communities.
      
    A better understanding of one another’s roles, requirements, and processes is sure to result in great efficiency and effectiveness of achieving that goal.
