Neuhoff District

Please join us for an exclusive update and tour of the newest construction and renovation at the Neuhoff District, a mixed-use adaptive reuse project of a historic meat packing plant.

Located on the riverfront in Historic Germantown, the Neuhoff development is currently underway through a combination of strategic preservation of existing buildings, the addition of iconic architecture, and with a multitude of uses as well as the addition of pedestrian friendly streetscapes and open spaces. Perched upon the bluff of the Cumberland River on the north side of downtown Nashville, the project creates a strong connection to the Germantown community, where it directly engages the Cumberland River Greenway. The improvements at Neuhoff include new sidewalks, promenades, green spaces, plazas, and vibrant streetscapes which will add to Germantown’s active urban culture. The specially curated environment will provide for a unique community experience making Neuhoff an integral part of Nashville’s cultural life.

The program will feature public and private partners involved in the Neuhoff District followed by a tour through the existing Neuhoff Curve building, built in the early 1900s and recently fully renovated. Doors open at 3:30 PM, with the program at 4:00 and property tour/networking from 4:45 to 5:30 with Monday Night Brewing!
