2021: Face-to-Face: Planning for Action
Part 3: 2021
Face-to-Face: Planning for Action
The next set of Face-to-Face conversations will get into the thorny ‘how’ by taking some of the topics that surfaced in the earlier session series such as resilience & recovery, strategic partnerships, density & zoning, the development process, and financing tools. Now, this phase of the series will dive deeply into some of these difficult topics to explore practical solutions. Each session will bring ULI’s access to national data and case studies and pair it with local stakeholders and stories.
Each topic will be explored through the lenses of history, policy, financing, and community engagement. In this structured setting, participants will be able to have the difficult conversations needed to solve these problems and by doing so will leave with the problem solving and communication need to begin to build a better Nashville.
