Project Architect/Project Designer II – Commercial & Residential

Mark Lynn & Associates – Lynn + White Architecture

This position will be supporting both Mark Lynn & Associates and a newly formed Architectural firm named Lynn + White Architecture.

CRITERIA:
-Minimum 5-7 years of architectural experience.
-Project Management experience.
-Design focused.
-Take responsibility and ownership for work completed on a project.
-Detail oriented.
-Ability to multitask and assist on multiple projects in order to meet deadlines.
-Self-motivated problem solver with excellent listening skills.
-Good communication, organization and collaboration skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively with team members.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Knowledge of commercial & residential construction
-Knowledge of wood-framed house construction (stick framing, slab & crawl space foundations, elevations, roof plans) Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
-Understanding of accessibility standards, building code requirements, green criteria, architectural materials and products, and CSI.
-Abillity to produce full sets of Construction Documents
-Review drawing sets for compliance and accuracy.
-Revit
-SketchUp
-AutoCAD
-Photoshop
-Microsoft Office Suite

This position is full-time, in office with some work from home flexibility.
