Position: Land Development Manager

Job Description:

Land Solutions Company is seeking a college graduate with a desire to enter the field of construction and land development for their Nashville, TN office. As a Development Manager, you will perform a variety of tasks related to the design, budgeting, permitting, contracting and construction of development projects in the Greater Nashville Area. Specific duties will include, but not limited to, estimating project expenses, obtaining and evaluating bids from contractors, managing project costs and payments, attending permitting and construction meetings, to name a few.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree

• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as a team

• Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines

Desired Qualifications:

• Internships and/or experience in construction or engineering design

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Photoshop

• Project estimating and budgeting

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
