What You Will Do:

• Develop relationships with land owners by making cold calls, prospecting, and setting up meetings
• Manage the entire sales cycle of a land transaction, from initial introduction through rezoning (if necessary) through closing of the site
• Earn a real estate license for necessary territories
• Attend weekly meetings aimed at improving yourself and your trade
• Take site photos
• Facilitate site tours
• Study various markets
• Put together legal documents and contracts

What You Have Done:

• Gained at least 2-3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Demonstrated that you are a team player, taking on responsibilities and going beyond expectations of what is required in your job.
• Earned a proven track record of excellence under minimal supervision.
