ULI Nashville NEXT Coffee Club 

What is the ULI Nashville NEXT Coffee Club? 

The NEXT Coffee Club is a ULI Nashville initiative available only to ULI Nashville NEXT members, ages 35 – 45 (or close!). It offers an opportunity for NEXT members to connect one-on-one with their peers each month to build relationships within ULI and grow their professional networks. Each month participants will be matched and invited to set up a meeting at whatever time and location is most convenient (coffee not required).

What are the benefits of joining the ULI Nashville NEXT Coffee Club? 

The NEXT Coffee Club allows busy professionals the chance to quickly grow their professional network by being randomly matched with other mid-career peers that you might not otherwise meet. These meetings are key for business development, for sharing industry knowledge, and to simply grow a community of support while you grow as a key leader in your profession. The time commitment is no more than the time needed for a quick cup of coffee once a month!

History of ULI Nashville NEXT Coffee Club, Spring 2020

Formed in the wake of COVID and the city shut-down that curtailed in-person meetings and networking, the NEXT Coffee Club sent biweekly pairings to registered NEXT members throughout the Spring and Summer. Each pair then scheduled a time to meet. Members enjoyed the one-on-one personal connections, the chance to “get out of the office” virtually, and the opportunity to expand their networks. More than one participant was randomly matched with a fellow member who they were overdue for a visit with, and the program provided the nudge to connect. Overall this successful program provided a structure for individuals members to consistently expand their business networks with other mid-career professionals during a challenging time, and they look forward to participating again!
