Woodland Grove – Project Brief:
How do residents live close together in a community while still being able to retreat to private spaces? How can a single person feel safe while living alone? How can we provide density without sacrificing character, space and design? Woodland Grove, an East Nashville pocket neighborhood, is an attempt to respond to these urban land and community building challenges.
Paragon Group is excited to showcase our recently completed pocket neighborhood, and discuss the advantages of developing and living in this unique type of community. Woodland Grove is a thoughtful approach to increased density within a cluster of 16 cottage-style homes nestled around a central commons lawn, encouraging neighborly interaction and public life. Each home also has private indoor and outdoor spaces, giving its community members a healthy balance of privacy and fellowship. This layout gives residents a true sense of community, which is often lacking in residential developments.
TOUR HOSTED BY: Paragon Group. Paragon strives to be the leader in high-quality new construction homes and developments in Nashville. Our constant focus on customer delight, innovation and unparalleled quality contribute to lasting relationships and their commitment to the environment and local communities.
