2024 Emerging Trends
ULI Nashville presented its annual real estate trends and forecast program, Real Estate Outlook 2024, on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. The ULI Nashville Real Estate Outlook 2024 featured the Emerging Trends in Real Estate Annual Report, a joint publication of the Urban Land Institute and PricewaterhouseCoopers. The ULI / PwC report has listed Nashville as the number one “market to watch” for the past three years.
