ULI Nashville presented its annual real estate trends and forecast program, Emerging Trends in Real Estate® 2025 Breakfast, on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. The program featured the Emerging Trends in Real Estate® 2025 Annual Report, a joint publication of the Urban Land Institute and PricewaterhouseCoopers. For a fourth year in a row, the ULI / PwC report has listed Nashville within the top five markets to watch.
