ULI Nashville - Walking Tour: The Art of the Big Deal
From the Great Recession to today’s dizzying Crane Watch, this tour will take an in‐depth look at some of Nashville’s most complex office developments, such as new headquarters offices for Bridgestone America and Hospital Corporation of America (HCA); offices for companies that are relocating but choosing to stay in the city core; major tenants relocating to Nashville from top‐tier markets; and Gulch Crossing’s multitenant trail‐oriented development. The tour will focus on what it took to get each of these pivotal urban projects realized in downtown Nashville.
