Reclaim the ‘Alley’: A New Vision for Connections, Equity and more

This ‘Reclaim the ‘Alley’ Power Hour is designed to share and explore ‘best practices’ about activating alleys and private roads to serve more and exciting purposes than they traditional have.

We’ll convene community partners and fellow-ULI members from Metro Planning and Public Works, Nashville Civic Design Center, local developers and architects to share their work on this subject.

We’ll also feature examples of innovative alley usage in other cities that may inspire us in Nashville.

Finally, this Power Hour will facilitate a ‘conversation’ between the participants and the attendees on goals, limits, and opportunities to innovate and expand uses for alleys and private roads for place-making, affordable housing and commercial uses, infrastructure, healthy activity…and more.

Capacity: Approx. 100 Guests. Will likely sell-out!
