About the Speaker:
Wood Caldwell, Southeast Venture’s Managing Partner, has more than 38 years of experience in commercial real estate development and sales, as well as 7 years in engineering design. Both provide valuable expertise to Southeast Venture’s development activities, which include such high-profile projects as Silo Bend and June Lake. Wood joined the team in 1985 and has since specialized in all aspects of site identification and analysis, acquisition, zoning, municipal approvals, design, construction management and marketing.
About the Lunch with a Leader Series:
Lunch with a Leader offers informal lunch discussions that provide NEXT members with the opportunity for a small-group discussion with key leaders from Nashville.
