On December 13, ULI Nashville's Housing Action Council will host a virtual conversation with city leaders from Chattanooga, Knoxville and Nashville on the scope of affordable housing need in their communities and what innovative tools, regulation and strategy each city is utilizing to address the need. This virtual "Power Hour" is open to ULI members and nonmembers.

Earlier this year, ULI Nashville welcomed Chattanooga, Knoxville and other communities in East Tennessee to affiliate with ULI Nashville. All three cities grapple with providing affordable housing to meet their communities' needs and all three cities are innovators, creating tools for developers of affordable and market rate housing to meet each city's needs.

If you are interested in learning more about opportunities and tools to create more housing in Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Nashville, please join ULI Nashville for this virtual event.
