An international event focused on the RE-Generation initiative developed by JLL at a global level which is intended to transform real estate assets, adding value and resilience in the market.
To provide these services, we rely on, among other things, aspects with a direct impact on real estate, such as technology, sustainability, and social change. These will form the basis and structure of the webinar, in which we will have experts from the most relevant impact fields.
The webinar will have three sections exploring the areas of utmost relevance for us: social change, technology and sustainability. In each we will talk about the major changes and paradigms, this will be followed by a Q&A session in which we will try to understand what impacts each of these areas has on real estate.
- Introduction: Paula Albaladejo (Head of RE-Generation, JLL)
- Change: Kirk Vallis (Global Head of Creative Capability Development, Google)
- Technology: Carlos Marina (CEO, Telefonica On The Spot Services)
- Sustainability: Stefan Junestrand (General Manager & Co-founder, Grupo Tecma Red)
- Roundtable and Q+A Session
Kirk’s role is to study the behaviours, exhibited by both individuals and teams, which consistently result in innovation, new ways of problem-solving, or simply positive change. Kirk will focus on social change in this webinar, looking at the drivers of social change, how we interact, social change needs and new priorities and behaviours. He will also look outside of Google, at exciting new trends happening around the world in many different business sectors. During the Q&A section, all these concepts will be linked to their impact on the real estate industry.
