The federal Opportunity Zone incentive program offers potential positive impact for both investors and residents in its identified districts across the country, including several Nashville zones, each with distinctive challenges and opportunities.
ULI Nashville is pleased to host a panel of experts to discuss how Nashville can proceed proactively in the Opportunity Zone program, especially to address the need for attainable housing and affordable living.
