NEGOTIATING TO A WIN
The ULI Nashville Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) presents an interactive session that will focus on increasing the effectiveness of your negotiation skills.
Led by the Center for Executive Education at Belmont University, you will be introduced to best practices for successful interactions, including such topics as:
- How to create mutual interest and benefit options when negotiating;
- How to enhance and maintain important relations in negotiations, and;
- How to best prepare for negotiations
This program will be facilitated by Dr. Lee Warren, Associate Professor of Accounting in the Jack C. Massey College of Business at Belmont University. Along with teaching in both the undergraduate and graduate programs, Dr. Warren also works with corporate clients. She is a frequent facilitator on behalf of the Center for Executive Education, leading workshops on topics such as Negotiation, Leadership, and Management.
