We will showcase the following developments:
Capitol View – Capitol View is a multi-use urban district located in the heart of downtown Nashville, including offices, retail shops, restaurants, multi-family residential units, hotels and an urban activity park, with a trailhead for the Nashville Greenway.
1200 Broadway – Endeavor Real Estate Group, an Austin-based developer, controls a 1.6-acre site bordered by Broadway on the south, 12th Avenue North on the east, developing a multi-use project to add to remaking of Broadway. The bulk of the site was last home to a Mazda dealership.
Highwoods Gulch Holdings – Highwoods acquired 9+ acres in the heart of the Gulch (The Tennessean site) in Q1 2018, The master planned project includes a 500k SF build to suit for Asurion on a 4.5-acre parcel between Church Street & 11th Avenue North as well as existing entitlement for another 1m SF at the corner of Broadway & 12th Avenue North.
