A Look Down Broadway: Exploring New Downtown ‘Neighborhoods’ and the Retail They’ll Bring
ULI Nashville Member Luncheon Roundtable programs offers a casual, interactive discussion between a smaller group of ULI members to share development and land use experiences, insights, and learn ‘best practices’.
It’s obvious…downtown development has been vibrant, game-changing and, in some ways, transforming the Nashville CBD into a ‘new neighborhood’. Some of the most recent mixed- use projects are bringing exciting uses to the core, such as a museum, movie theater and new or refreshed retail presence. The live/work/play world of downtown is expanding as the cranes go up and come back down.
Much has been covered in the press about downtown projects including Fifth+ Broadway …and further down Broadway, Nashville Yards. But ULI Nashville members will hear information that the average news consumer hasn’t. Project leaders will give us a closer look at the retail component of those two developments and discuss what impact it is expected to have on the retail market in Nashville.
Meaningful content plus great networking, all taking place over your lunch hour…and that’s why ULI Nashville Member Roundtables sell out. REGISTER BELOW TODAY!
LOOKING AHEAD– To complete the ‘Look Down Broadway’, a companion Roundtable Luncheon will be held on June 6th featuring two more downtown projects. Save that Date and stay tuned for future announcements!
