ULI NASHVILLE hosts another of its Content Before Cocktail series program…
The Impact of Neighborhood Retail

Whether they sell muffins or handmade boots or are a local distillery, we are seeing an exciting wave of neighborhood-based retail in Nashville.

There are interesting examples of adaptive reuse retail space, businesses embracing outdoor areas and developers carefully curating tenant mix.

An overarching consideration is the interface of retail to the neighborhood its locating in.

This ULI Nashville Content Before Cocktails series program will look in to the special nature of neighborhood retail from several perspectives – the developer, architect, the neighborhood and the business, featuring experts in all…including a local brewery business which will also be our venue host.

Two pours of local brew will be included with your registration!

Cost:  MEMBERS ONLY! – Registration closes March 12th
Private/Public:   $20
FT Student/YL/Retired:   $15

4:30 – 5:30 Program
5:30 – 6:15 Reception

COME FOR THE CONTENT…STAY FOR THE ‘COCKTAILS’ and conversation with fellow ULI members!
