We are kicking off the new year with one of our most popular programs…a member roundtable luncheon!  Our first for 2019 will showcase Sylvan Supply, located on the rapidly changing Charlotte Avenue corridor!

Sylvan Supply is an adaptive re-use development on Charlotte Avenue at the gateway to Nashville’s vibrant Sylvan Park. Since 1959, the collection of industrial style buildings was home to Madison Mill, a maker of quality wood and steel products. Today, the vintage buildings are being transformed into bright and modern creative office spaces along with a carefully selected mix of retail and dining concepts.

With large open floor plans, sky-high ceilings and abundant natural light, Sylvan Supply is the new home base for Nashville’s forward-thinkers and innovators. Perfectly suited for companies focused on fostering a collaborative and creative culture and attracting and retaining top talent.

“Nashville is an incredible city for creative, infill development, with a thriving and growing economy based on innovation and invention. Early interest from companies seeking large-format creative space, as seen in other markets, shows the need for Sylvan Supply,” said Chris Faussemagne, partner at Third & Urban.

Our featured speakers will come from project team members Third & Urban, Centric Architecture, Equitable Property Co., and JLL.  We appreciate these firms for sharing their expertise!

ULI Nashville Member Luncheon Roundtable programs offer a casual, interactive discussion between ULI members to share development and land use experiences, insights, and learn best practices.
