Application and Selection Process
- Developers and/or members of the development team must submit completed applications to ULI Nashville, postmarked NO LATER than February 19, 2010.
- Applications must be accompanied by high-quality images that best illustrate the special features and merits of the project.
- The ULI Nashville Excellence in Development Awards three-member jury reviews all submissions and selects winners.
- Application form is available online.
A copy of the ULI Nashville Excellence in Development Awards APPLICATION may be used for BOTH the ULI Nashville Awards program and ULI's Award for Excellence, with appropriate fee accompanying each application.

Eligibilty Requirements for Submission
All types of development projects that meet these eligibility requirements may be entered into consideration for the ULI Nashville Excellence in Development Awards:
- The project must be financially stable and operating; must demonstrate to be a sound investment. In the case of public development project, project must demonstrate a sound an investment of public funds and success in impacting a community or neighborhood.
- The project must achieve a high standard of excellence in several areas—design, construction, economics, and management:.
- The project must demonstrate relevance to the current and future needs of the community in which it is located.
- The project must be worthy of emulation.
Projects completed from 2005-present are eligible.
The Awards program is open to all submissions—not just ULI members.
