ULI Nashville Strategic Plans
ULI Nashville Governance will conduct a Strategic Planning Session in March 2012 to set the framework for its FY13. Check back for details after that time.
ULI Nashville 2009 Strategic Plans
On January 23, ULI Nashville Executive Committee members met to develop a Strategic Plan for the District Council for 2009. ULI members Elizabeth Crook and Brad Gray, both consultants with Orchard Advisors, led the exercise with energy and humor. They guided conversation and gleaned priorities of the Executive Committee to help create a guide for ULI Nashville's mission and activities in the District Council's second year.
The interesting exercises that were part of the Strategic Planning session resulted in a 'blueprint’ for ULI Nashville.
Successful implementation of the year's activities, guided by this Strategic Plan, should result in increased members satisfaction, value to the community, and an even stronger district council. Click here for a summary of the District Council's Plans.
