On Tuesday, Joe Minicozzi, principal of Urban3, LLC (U3), a consulting company of downtown Asheville real estate developer Public Interest Projects, gave a paradigm-challenging explanation of the math of smart growth, and then illustrated how that logic would impact development and design solutions for the sustainable fiscal health of the metro.
